Lesotho Council of Nongovernmental organisations

The Lesotho Council of Non-Governmental Organisations (LCN) is an umbrella organisation for NGOs in Lesotho. It was established in May 1990 with an objective of providing supportive services to the NGO Community.

Letsema – A network of Organisations that work in OVC in Lesotho

 Letsema is a network of service providers working with orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in Lesotho. The Letsema initiative is committed to fostering co-operation, collaboration and communication between all funders and aid providers in Lesotho through the collection and dissemination of information.

Action Lesotho – Ireland

Action Lesotho is a community based voluntary organisation that has been in existence since 2006; in its support of the MDGs it aims to assist and empower communities in Lesotho; alleviate the devastating effects of poverty and HIV/AIDS by working closely with community led groups to jointly support vulnerable and orphaned children, the disabled and those unable to gain employment by developing a variety of initiatives.

Friends of Lesotho – Norway

Friends of Lesotho Association in Norway [FLAN] is an association of Norwegians and other residents in Norway who are interested in Lesotho and wish to promote the country’s interests and spread information about Lesotho in Norway. The purpose of the Association is to promote Lesotho in Norway, as well as helping to develop business and developmental connections between Lesotho and Norway.

Denmark Lesotho Network

Denmark Lesotho Network (DLN) was founded in 2002 by former Danish development workers in Lesotho and other good friends of the Mountain Kingdom in Southern Africa. DLN aims at supporting NGO’s in Lesotho in their work to develop civil society.

ACARA

ACARA is an organisation established in 2007 by two Irish volunteers with the aim of helping vulnerable people in Lesotho especially those who are affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
